Our mission
TicketVibe is a French platform for reselling concert, festival and cultural-event tickets. Our goal: let fans who can no longer attend an event resell their ticket to another fan, safely and at a fair price.
Two sale modes
Fixed price
The seller sets a price. The buyer can purchase instantly in one click. Ideal for fast transactions.
Auction
The seller sets a starting price and a duration (1 h to 7 days). Buyers bid in real time. Anti-sniping system: any bid placed in the last 5 minutes extends the sale by 5 more minutes. The winning buyer has 24 h to pay.
Two payment modes
Secure payment exclusively via the platform
TicketVibe offers one single payment method: online, via the platform. Payment is held in escrow and only released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt of the ticket (24 h after delivery). In case of dispute, our team steps in and can refund the buyer. No direct payment (transfer, cash, PayPal, hand-to-hand) is allowed on TicketVibe.
⚠️ Legal notice — ticket resale in France
Under Article 313-6-2 of the French Criminal Code, reselling tickets without the producer's or organiser's consent is prohibited and punishable by a €15,000 fine (€30,000 for repeat offences). This applies in particular to habitual for-profit reselling.
As a TicketVibe user, you agree to:
- Only resell tickets you personally bought for your own use
- Not exceed the original purchase price (at cost or below)
- Check the event organiser's terms and conditions
- Not resell tickets habitually or commercially
TicketVibe acts as a technical host of classified ads between private individuals and disclaims any liability for transactions made outside the legal framework.
Safety tips
- Prefer the platform's secure payment which offers a refund guarantee.
- Check the seller's rating and read reviews before any transaction.
- For hand-to-hand exchanges, pick a public place in daylight.
- Never pay by money order, crypto or prepaid cards: these are irreversible payment methods used by scammers.
- Beware of unusually low prices: it's often a scam sign.
- Report any suspicious listing or behaviour via the "Report" button.
Rating system
After each transaction, buyer and seller can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment. This reputation system is visible on every profile and helps identify the most trustworthy community members.
Moderation
Every listing is manually reviewed by our team before publication. Proof of ticket purchase (PDF or photo) is mandatory. Any rule violation leads to listing removal and may lead to account suspension.
