THE POWER MANAGEMENT (SIRET 882 022 296 00017), publisher of the TicketVibe brand and service, is the controller of your personal data collected on the platform.

- Identity: last name, first name, alias, date of birth.
- Contact: email, phone number.
- Connection data: IP address, connection logs.
- Transaction data: purchase / sale history, messages.
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe, never stored by TicketVibe.
3. Purposes
- Creation and management of the user account.
- Connecting buyers and sellers.
- Payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Customer service and dispute resolution.
- Sending service-related notifications.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the contract (Terms), compliance with legal obligations (anti-fraud, accounting retention), legitimate interest (service improvement) and consent (optional marketing communications).
5. Retention period
- Account data: for the duration of the account + 3 years after inactivity.
- Transaction data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Connection logs: 12 months (LCEN).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. You can exercise them anytime at privacy@ticketvibe.app (THE POWER MANAGEMENT).
You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Cookies
TicketVibe uses cookies strictly necessary to the site (session, authentication) and anonymised audience-measurement cookies. No third-party advertising cookies are placed without your explicit consent.
8. Sub-processors
Your data may be processed by our sub-processors: Supabase (database hosting, EU), Stripe (payments, PCI-DSS certified) and transactional email services. All offer GDPR-compliance guarantees.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption, password hashing, Row-Level Security on the database, restricted access.
