1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TicketVibe platform, a peer-to-peer marketplace for reselling concert, festival and cultural-event tickets.
2. Acceptance
Registering on TicketVibe constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Users must be of legal age (18) and have legal capacity to contract.
3. Registration and account
Registration is free and requires a verified valid email address. Users undertake to provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential.
4. Role of TicketVibe
TicketVibe acts solely as a technical host of listings. The platform is not party to any transaction concluded between users and disclaims any liability regarding the quality, validity or conformity of exchanged tickets, subject to the guarantee attached to the platform's secure payment.
5. Listing rules
- The seller warrants they are the legitimate holder of the ticket listed.
- Proof of purchase (PDF or photo of the ticket) must be uploaded on publication.
- The resale price must not exceed the original purchase price.
- The following are prohibited: fraudulent listings, counterfeit tickets, non-transferable named tickets.
6. Transactions and payments
Two modes are offered: secure payment via the platform (Stripe escrow, released after confirmation), or direct payment between parties (no TicketVibe guarantee).
7. Fees
The service is free for the MVP version. TicketVibe reserves the right to introduce service fees later, with 30 days' notice.
8. Liability
TicketVibe cannot be held liable for disputes between users, except in the context of the platform's secure payment. Users are liable in case of breach of the Terms or of applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
TicketVibe reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these Terms, without notice or compensation.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
